There’s a HUGE gap in leadership development!
The world is changing and just as quickly digital and social media seeps into our lives, there are key attributes of being a leader seeping out.
Millennials are used to instant feedback yet they overlook the value and power of real connections but at the same time understand they need to create real connections.
It’s just that they don’t know how to create and build those trusting, respecting relationships because they have grown up in this fast paced digital age where instant results rule over taking time to build and connect. They see short term outcomes rather than long term success.
They haven’t experienced patiently waiting a week for photos to be developed or felt the anticipation of waiting for a reply from writing letters to friends across the country but instead can take a picture, post it and receive feedback in the blink of an eye.
Where instant gratification is something that occurs on a daily basis, instant knock downs also happen at the same rate.
Is it a coincidence that depression and anxiety in young people have risen at the same time digital and social media poured into our lives?
Through this program and book I aim to address this gap because nobody deserves to feel the negative effects of poor leadership, especially you.
A LEADER’S PRIORITY IS TO INSPIRE OTHERS TO BE THE BEST THEY CAN
“GREAT LEADERSHIP BEGINS WITH SELF”
NO-ONE DESERVES TO EXPERIENCE THE EFFECTS AND IMPACT OF POOR LEADERSHIP, ESPECIALLY YOU
“LEADING ALONE IS ONE OF THE POOR LEADER’S MISTAKES. DON’T BE ALONE”
